Wholesale Policies

Payments: Payment for items is due in full at the time your order is ready to ship. We do not offer net pay terms at this time.

Shipping: All orders ship via UPS or USPS. We choose which carrier we use based on your order weight and size. Shipping fees are due when your order is paid for at the time of shipment. Any product damaged in transit will not be refunded, only replaced.

Terms: Any items purchased for resale are to be sold in a tradition brick-and-mortar location or in an independent online store. No reselling on marketplaces such as Etsy, eBay, or Amazon. Violation of these terms could result in termination of your retailer account with Fern Soapery.

Area Protection: We do not offer official area protection, but we do take location into consideration at our discretion.

Refunds/Returns: We do not accept returns for merchandise purchased for resale. Should your items arrive damaged, you have 7 calendar days to contact us at fernsoapery@gmail.com. You must provide pictures of the damages. Damaged items will be replaced, not refunded.

Product Care: Be sure to properly display your merchandise in a cool, dry location NOT in direct sunlight. Failure to adhere to these guidelines could lead to degradation of the colors or packaging.

Qualifications: In order to purchase our bath & body products for resale, you must provide a valid state tax ID for us to keep on file. We understand that each retailer has different needs, therefore, we only require a minimum of $100 for wholesale orders. We strongly encourage retail partners to maintain a full display for good visual merchandising.

Private Label & Custom Orders: We do not currently offer Private Label or Customs

Turnaround Times: Generally, our turnaround is swift (3-5 business days) for items that are in stock. Occasionally, soaps find themselves on back order due to cure times, but they are usually restocked in a timely manner. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need information on turnaround times!
